QualitycontroltestsareperformedforeachlotofHumanPericytecells.ThecellsarecharacterizedbytheirsurfaceMarkersviaflowcytometry.PopulationdistributionsexpressedaspercentagepositivearepresentedonthecertificateofanalysisforeachlotofcellsforCD31,CD13,CD34,CD105,andCD146.ThesearephenotypicmarkerscurrentlyusedtoidentifyPericytes.Thesecellshaveaguaranteedpurityof80%andaviabilityof90%.Inaddition,allbloodproductshavebeentestedforsomecommonbloodbornepathogensandmicrobialcontaminants.
